How much are your classes?
Our Tots classes (age 0-5) are $82.50 monthly
Our Group classes are $105 monthly
Our Private 1-2 classes are $110 monthly

If I sign up, am I committed to the whole year, can I pay weekly, or is it semester-based?
No you aren't locked in. You can sign up or withdraw with a months notice. A monthly subscription is billed automatically at the beginning of each month. Each month is paid for in advance.

Do you do makeup classes?
We value and support our amazing teachers, so in an effort to give them a consistent schedule we do not offer make-ups. If you need to miss a private lesson, please cancel that lesson in your Opus1.io account.
For group and private lessons ages 5+ your teacher will provide a video or “Home Study”* plan for the student to work on at home.
In the event a teacher is unavailable to teach a private lesson, a suitable substitute teacher will be arranged. If a suitable substitute cannot be arranged, a make-up lesson will be scheduled by the teacher at a mutually agreeable time or a “Home Study” lesson can be sent.

What's your cancellation policy?
We have a 30-day cancellation policy. You can cancel through your account or get in touch with us and we will cancel it for you, the last class being 30 days after the cancellation is requested.

What age can my child start the tots sessions? Can my infant start at 5 weeks?
Our youngest group starts at 0! Newborns benefit from our sessions too.

Can I bring my partner or the grandparents to the age 0-5 classes?
Both parents or grandparents are welcome!
Any guardian can bring your child to these sessions.
For the ages 5+ classes (group or private), parents can drop off their child.

What is your weather policy?
We follow the school schedule for weather closures. If the schools are closed, we will also close.
​
Will closures like weather be offered a makeup session?
Weather is unfortunately out of our control and it is impossible to provide groups of children a makeup session for weather (similar to swimming lessons, dance classes, or gymnastics). Therefore, we will not be able to makeup any classes due to weather or circumstances outside of our control.

Tots Question - When will my child move up to the next age group?
Your child can stay in the same age group for the year (September to June). When a child joins a group of other children, they, too, will be having birthdays and getting a year older, so the kids will all be the same age for that year. When you join classes again the following year, you can choose the next age-appropriate class.

There is no space in the class I want. How can I join a waitlist?
Under the Programs tab of our website, select the class and time you would like to attend and then select "Join Waitlist". You will get a notification when a spot becomes available and you will have an opportunity to register when that happens.
